S355ML plate is a thermomechanical rolled weldable fine grain structural steel with a min. yield point of 355 N/mm². S means the structural steel, M means the delivery condition. S355ML plate shall be done low temperature impacting test under minus 50 centi degree, and the minimum values of impact energy in J shall be above 27J on longitudinal V-notch test pieces, and the minimum values of impacting energy shall be above 16J on transverse V-notch test pieces.
S355ML is equal to SEW083 TStE355TM, NFA36-201 E355FP and ASTM A633 Gr.C steel grade. EN 10025-4 structural steel S355ML plate is applicated for several types of welded constructions such as fixed and movable storage container, high-pressure pipes, bridge and load-bearing constructions.
