S420ML plate is a weldable fine-grained steel with a min. yield point of 420 N/mm². It is applicated in thermo mechanical rolled condition for several types of welded constructions.
With high fatigue strength, high yield ratio, poor weldability, and relatively low cold deformation plasticity, S420ML plate is used in welded structures, large boats and ships, various machinery, bridge supports and metal structures, as well as supporting structures for wind turbines. S420ML plate is used in highway construction and other engineering projects also.
