ASTMA335 steel pipe of grades P23,P91, P92, P122, and P911 shall be reheated and furnished in the full-annealed, isothermal annealed,or normalized and tempered condition. If furnished in the normalized and tempered condition, the minimum tempering temperature for Grades P5, P5b, P9, P21, EN10025-4 steel product and P22 shall be1250°F [675°C], the minimum tempering temperature for Grades P1, P2, P11, P12, and P 15 shall be 1200°F [650°C].

Q235 steel plate thickness≤16mm, yield strength is 235MPA; 16mm < Q235 steel plate thickness≤40mm, yield strength is 225MPA; 40mm < Q235 steel plate thickness≤60mm, yield strength is 215MPA; 60mm < Q235 steel plate thickness≤100mm, yield strength is 205MPA; 100mm < Q235 steel plate thickness≤150mm, yield strength is 195MPA; 150mm < Q235 steel plate thickness≤200mm, yield strength is 185MPA.

Strong pressure resistance of EN10025-4 steel, boiler steel tube: The wall thickness of boiler steel tube is very important, because the steam pressure is very large, if the wall thickness is very thin, it will be broken by the steam pressure released instantly. The boiler steel tube has good high temperature resistance performance: the steam temperature in the pipeline can reach hundreds of degrees Celsius above. If the high temperature resistance performance is not enough, the boiler steel tube will be melted by the high temperature brought by the steam.
