A283 Gr.C steel and EN10025-4 steel S355M to Thailand

The carbon content of EN10025-4 steel S355M, hot rolled steel plate is slightly higher than that of cold rolled steel plate. Hot rolled steel plate has low hardness, easy processing and good ductility. Cold rolled steel plate has high hardness and is difficult to process, but it is not easy to deform and has high strength. The strength of hot-rolled steel plate is relatively low, the surface quality (oxidation finish) is low, but the plasticity is good, and it is generally medium thick plate.

We have built solid cooperation with Myanmar Navy since 2015, starting from a try order about 412 tons LR AH36 shipbuilding steel plates. Myanmar navy builds frigate every year and book shipbuilding steel materials from us regularly. This time, the Myanmar navy’s local representative visit us and put another order about 2025 tons LR grade A steel plates. According to clients requirements, we arranged EN10025-4 steel S355M SGS inspection for the LR grade A steel plates before shipping and send them inspection report.

Advantages of EN10025-4 steel S355M, stainless steel: 1. Chemical properties: the chemical and electrochemical corrosion resistance of stainless steel is the best in steel, second only to titanium alloy. 2. Physical properties: stainless steel has good heat resistance, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance and even ultra-low temperature resistance. Stainless steel can work safely at - 270℃ - 400℃ for a long time. No matter at high or low temperature, no harmful substances will be precipitated, and the stainless steel material properties are quite stable.
