The cold bending method is mainly used to produce cold-formed section steel and welded pipe. The cold bending method is to bend the steel strip or steel plate into various cross-section shapes by the cold bending machine in the cold state. 10# seamless steel pipe chemical composition : C: 0.07-0.13, Si: 0.17-0.37, Mn: 0.35-0.65, Cr: 0.15, Ni: 0.30, Cu: 0.25. 10# seamless steel pipe mechanical properties: recommended heat treatment temperature: 930℃, tensile strength: 335 MPa, yield strength: 205 MPa, elongation: 31%, impact energy is not required. S275 material properties, 10# seamless steel pipe has high plasticity and toughness, no temper brittleness tendency, and good weldability. Its machinability under cold drawing or normalizing treatment is obviously improved. In cold state, 10# seamless steel pipe is easy to be extruded and molded, but its strength is low, and its hardenability is very poor.
