Chemical analysis for S420ML material equivalent material

The tensile strength of seamless steel pipe is more than 8-10 times of that of ordinary steel, and its elastic modulus is better than that of steel, with excellent creep resistance, corrosion resistance and seismic resistance; the mechanical performance of seamless steel pipe is excellent, easy to machine, etc.; the seamless steel pipe S420ML material equivalent is highly elastic, reused in mechanical equipment, memoryless, deformation free, and antistatic.

For the estimation in April and the second quarter, the estimation on March 16 is still valid, but the decrease in April is 10% higher than the neutral prediction. It is a conservative estimation based on 10% for the high probability event. In the second quarter, the output of overseas pig iron will be reduced by 11.67 million tons, affecting the demand for S420ML material equivalent iron ore of about 1.84 million tons; in the first half of the year, the output will be reduced by 18.899 million tons, affecting the demand for iron ore of 32.13 million tons.

After extrusion, the S420ML material equivalent tube shall be removed for sizing. The sizing machine uses a cone-shaped bit to rotate into the steel embryo at high speed to drill holes to form steel pipes. The inner diameter of the steel pipe is determined by the outer diameter length of the drill bit of the sizing machine. After sizing, the steel pipe will enter the cooling tower and be cooled by water spray. After cooling, the steel pipe will be straightened. After straightening, the steel pipe is sent to the metal flaw detector (or hydraulic test) by the conveyor belt for internal flaw detection.
