The characteristic is that flame cutting performs better when cutting S420M steel with a certain thickness above 10mm.

The carbon (C) content of No.45 seamless pipe is 0.42 ~ 0.50%, Si content is 0.17 ~ 0.37%, Mn content is 0.50 ~ 0.80%, Cr content is ≤ 0.25%, Ni content is ≤ 0.30%, Cu content is ≤ 0.25%. The tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, reduction of area and impact energy of No.45 seamless pipe are 600 MPa, 355 MPa, 16% and 40% respectively. No.45 seamless pipe is used to manufacture high strength moving parts.
