The company always adheres to the S460ML welding principle of "quality first, user first", and takes every cooperation seriously. It is our biggest wish that the steel material, specification and quantity can fully meet the requirements of users. With good reputation, high quality products and low price, we are willing to work together with old and new customers to create a great S460ML welding cause. Customers are welcome to visit our company at any time. We are always ready to support you.

Wear resistant steel plate S460ML welding is an important material for industrial application. The traditional wear resistant steel is the high manganese steel which hardens under the impact load. The premise of its function must be subjected to enough impact load. With the development of wear resistant steel technology, NM series steel plate breaks through the limitation of traditional high manganese steel and realizes the application space of wear-resistant steel. The main S460ML welding grades of NM series wear resistant steel plates are NM360, NM400, NM450, NM500, NM550, NM600.

If a destructive accident occurs during the use of the boiler, it will cause serious losses. Therefore, other than some common strengths with S460ML welding, the boiler steel plate must have good physical properties, mechanical properties and workability, and be strictly specified in the technical terms of the material standard to meet its safety in use. High temperature (above creep temperature) boiler steel plates are generally low-alloy heat-resistant steels, such as chromium molybdenum steel, chromium molybdenum vanadium steel, chromium molybdenum tungsten steel, etc.

With the increase of temperature, the yield limit of S460ML welding will decrease monotonically, but the tensile strength of S460ML welding will rise to a high peak value at a certain temperature, and then decrease. This peak temperature is called the blue brittleness temperature of S460ML welding. Near the blue brittleness temperature, the S460ML welding strength increases and the plasticity decreases. The elongation and section shrinkage of S460ML welding increase with the increase of temperature, but there is a low peak at the blue brittleness temperature. The blue brittleness temperature of low carbon steel ranges from 200 ℃ to 250 ℃. The blue brittleness of low alloy steel is not obvious as that of low carbon steel, and the blue brittleness temperature is higher.
