S355nl VS S355ML, A335 P22 is a steel grade of American Standard boiler tube, and the executive standard is ASTM A335 / A335M, which is chromium molybdenum high temperature ferritic steel for boiler and superheater. A335P22 alloy pipe is mainly used as heating surface pipe of low and medium pressure boiler (working pressure is generally not more than 5.88 MPA, working temperature is below 450℃); A335P22 alloy pipe is also used as economizer, superheater, reheater and petrochemical industry pipe of high pressure boiler (working pressure is generally above 9.8MPa and working temperature is between 450℃ and 650℃).

First, the min. yield strength of Q345B steel plate: 345 Mpa for thickness ≤16mm, 335 Mpa for thickness 16-40mm, 325 Mpa for thickness 40-63mm, 315 Mpa for thickness 63-80mm, 305 Mpa for thickness 80-100mm, 285 Mpa for thickness 100-150mm, 275 Mpa for thickness 150-200mm, 265 Mpa for thickness 200-250mm. Second, the tensile strength of Q345B steel plate: 470-630 Mpa for thickness ≤100mm, 450-600 Mpa for thickness 100-250mm.

If the chromium content in S355nl VS S355ML alloy steel reaches about 12%, dense chromium oxides will be formed on the surface of the steel, which will greatly improve the corrosion resistance of steel in oxidizing media. Chromium, aluminum, silicon and other elements can improve the oxidation resistance of steel and the corrosion resistance of high-temperature gas, but excessive aluminum and silicon will deteriorate the thermoplasticity of steel.
