S355M steel equivalent hardness

The production method of seamless steel pipe can be roughly divided into cross rolling method (menesmann method) and extrusion method. The cross rolling method (menesmann method) is to pierce the tube blank with the cross roll first, and then extend it with the rolling mill. This method is fast in production, but requires high machinability of tube blank. It is mainly suitable for producing carbon steel and low alloy steel tube, S355M steel equivalent tube.

Compared with carbon steel, low alloy steel has many advantages, such as high strength, good plasticity and toughness, good weldability, good cold and hot pressure processing performance, better corrosion resistance, etc. Due to the increase of S355M steel equivalent metal composition, the yield point of low alloy steel structure is higher than that of ordinary carbon steel, so it is light and suitable for structural parts application. The low alloy steel is one of our main products.

In March, the daily output of key iron and steel enterprises fell on a month on month basis, while the overall inventory of S355M steel equivalent and so on steel materials was lower but still at a high level.
