Every year, we support a lot of clients to win tenders and supply steel materials to their govenment progects or state owned enterprise. S355J2 is a low-alloy high-strength steel, which can be treated to meet the requirements of Z-15, Z-25, Z-35 and level I, level II and level III flaw detection.The extension grades of S355J2 are S355J2, S355J2-Z35 and S355J2 + N-Z35, EN 10025 S460ML. On the basis of S355J2, S355J2-Z35 increases the requirement of S355J2 steel plate thickness direction performance, namely Z-direction performance. S355J2 + N-Z35 is a heat treatment process which increases Z-direction properties and normalizing rolling (or normalizing).

In 2016. Our company offer 1200 tons API 5L GR.B hot rolled coil to Bangladesh——100 tons for 3.9*625mm, and 1100 tons for 7*683mm. It is one tender project, we get the tender at the end of 2015, and arrange the production in 2016. They required the tolerance of thickness is +0.1/-0.2mm, and width tolerance is +/-0.5mm, which is a very high requirement for coil tolerance, but our mill handling this very well. and our Q/C department witness all of the process.

The company has new project in Peru. It is about more than 2000 tons EN 10025 S460ML, LSAW steel pipes and large diameter pipe fittings, an repeat order for Peru Goverment. The fittings include Manhole, big Elbow, Bifurcation, etc. Since 2012 when we cooperated with the Peru Goverment to operate the hydropower project, they have repeat orders for us almost every year.
