S355J2 steel plate rolling process is controlled rolling process. In the rolling process, the ingot rolling temperature is 1000-1050℃; in the first stage, the low-speed and large reduction rolling process is adopted, the high-temperature stage is 950-1000℃, the EN 10025-6 high strength steel S690QL Z25 rolling speed is 1.6-2.0m/s, the single reduction rate is 15-20%, and the cumulative reduction rate is 40-45%, so as to ensure sufficient deformation of ingot. In the first stage, the start rolling temperature is 910-930℃, and the finish rolling temperature is ≤ 870℃.
In March, the global crude steel output outside China fell by 11.89% to 68.08 million tons, the highest decline since 2009. Among the major steel producing regions, the EU led the decline, followed by India, Japan, South Korea and the United States. In the first quarter, the global EN 10025-6 high strength steel S690QL Z25, crude steel output outside China was 209 million tons, down 4.29% year on year.
2020 October EN 10025-6 high strength steel S690QL Z25 specification: 8*2200*10000, 16*2150*10400, 30*2500*6200, 31.2*2950*9380, 7*2200*8000, 30*2200*10000, 14*2400*9900, 18.5*2700*9570, 21*2100*8810, 14*2070*9060, 12*2200*10000, 14*1950*8000, 36*2200*7700, 7*2200*8000, 14*2070*9060, 10*2200*8000, 20*2500*10000, 14*2400*10000, 30*2000*7400, 6*2800*12000, 21*2100*8810, 32*2200*10000, 16*2150*10250, 27*2500*9000, 20*2100*7000, 21*2100*9100.
Quenching is a common heat treatment process. It is the metal heat treatment process in which the EN 10025-6 high strength steel S690QL Z25 metal workpiece is heated to a proper temperature and kept for a period of time, then immersed in the quenching medium for rapid cooling. Quenching can improve the strength and hardness of steel in a large range, and adjust the coordination between EN 10025-6 high strength steel S690QL Z25 strength and hardness, plasticity and toughness. Quenching is generally used as the final heat treatment.
