In response process of customer service center, in case of technical support and after-sales service demand, the user shall contact the full-time engineer of S460M material customer service center, and the technical personnel will give corresponding answers and on-site treatment according to the needs of users.

4140 steel is alloy structural steel, and its technical standard is ASTM A29/A29M. It belongs to ultra-high strength steel. S460M material, 4140 steel has high strength and toughness, good hardenability, no obvious temper brittleness, high fatigue limit and multiple impact resistance after tempering treatment, and good low temperature impact toughness. 4140 steel is suitable for manufacturing large and medium plastic mould with certain strength and toughness.

The user of S355NC grade must make sure that his calculation, design and processing methods are appropriate for the S460M material material. The forming process used must be suitable for the intended application and comply with the state-ofthe- art; it is of fundamental importance to the processing behaviour of this S460M material steel grade.

Our client purchase more than 900 tons pipe S460M material from India. And we do the inspection for each one pipe before shipment.During the inspection, the inspector saw that the surface of the square pipe kept the original color of the stainless steel, no fracture, no depression and other quality defects was found.
