Q235 steel grades cover Q235A, Q235B, Q235C and Q235D. Other than Q235A, the other three Q235 steel grades needs impact test. Charpy V-notch specimen is used for impact toughness test. The impact toughness index is Akv. In the cutting process of wear-resistant plate, S420ML plate, the steel plate is processed first, because the steel plate is cut after cutting and marking; the commonly used cutting methods for wear-resistant plate are CNC flame cutting and numerical control water cutting, the cost of numerical control flame cutting is not very high, it belongs to primary processing, and its processing range is from 3 mm to 100 mm steel plate. And numerical control water cutting is mainly used under the condition that cutting is required not to deform.
