Produce the S420ML material with customers requirements

S420ML material, Q345 steel has good comprehensive mechanical properties. Q345 steel also has acceptable low temperature performance, good plasticity and weldability. Q345 steel can be used as structures, mechanical parts, building structures and general metal structures bearing dynamic loads such as medium and low pressure vessels, oil tanks, vehicles, cranes, mining machinery, power stations and bridges. Q345 steel can be used in hot rolling or normalizing state, and can be used in various structures in cold regions below - 40 ℃.

We have a large number of S420ML material steel materials in stock, and provide deep processing services such as welding. In addition to simple welding parts, we can also weld H-beam, box column and other profiles. For such welded structure, our advantage is that there are high-quality and low-cost raw material steel plates, which can be cut into the S420ML material required size and welded into steel products with required shape and size, without being limited by the specifications of rolling production lines.

Square hollow section S355J2H to Turkey. In January of 2015, our customer from Turkey chose us as their supplier of seamless RHS EN10219 S355J2H with a trail order of 120 tons. They required DNV test for the MTC and each tube. DNV inspector tested all the tubes and MTC. When our customer received the reports, they gave us a second order of 852.5 tons. Since then we maintain a long time cooperation relationship.
