EN10025-3 S460NL material is a hot rolled low carbon manganese steel. It has min. 460Mpa yield strength and low temperature impacting at -50℃ with minimum energy 27 J. S355ML plate, Q345 steel has good comprehensive mechanical properties. Q345 steel also has acceptable low temperature performance, good plasticity and weldability. Q345 steel can be used as structures, mechanical parts, building structures and general metal structures bearing dynamic loads such as medium and low pressure vessels, oil tanks, vehicles, cranes, mining machinery, power stations and bridges. Q345 steel can be used in hot rolling or normalizing state, and can be used in various structures in cold regions below - 40 ℃.

Processing performance of quenched and tempered steel: S355ML plate plate can be used for cold working, bending and cutting. When the gas is cut off, cracks will not occur even without preheating. When preheating processing, quenched and tempered steel needs to be processed below the tempering temperature. Superb wear and corrosion resistance: Because it contains alloy elements such as copper and chromium, it has good corrosion resistance, higher hardness, and good wear resistance compared with ordinary steel.

The outer diameter of the hot-rolled seamless pipe is generally larger than 32mm, and the wall thickness is 2.5-75mm. The diameter of the cold-rolled seamless pipe can be 6mm, the wall thickness can be 0.25mm, the outer diameter of the thin-walled pipe can be 5mm, and the wall thickness is less than 0.25mm. The size accuracy of the cold-rolled seamless pipe is higher than that of the hot-rolled seamless pipe, S355ML plate.
