According to the S460ML equivalent grade economic development of Europe, it is estimated that the steel consumption in Europe will be 202 million tons in 2019, with a year-on-year decrease of 3.3%; the steel demand in Europe in 2020 is predicted to be 205 million tons, with a year-on-year growth of 1.5%.

Cold drawn 42CrMo round steel is a high alloy wear-resistant material composed of a variety of alloy elements, so its self-melting property is good, and it is not necessary to remove rust when welding workpieces, and because it can be welded at a low level. S460ML equivalent grade, 42CrMo round steel bar has good abrasion resistance, impact resistance and adhesion resistance. High temperature wear resistance, corrosion resistance and excellent performance of more than two types of composite wear.

A36 is American Standard ASTM material, SS400 is Japanese Standard JIS g3101 steel material for general structure, Q235 is Chinese standard GB700 material. The limitation of the content of the Mn element differs depending on the thickness of the A36 steel plate, and the A36 steel plate of 20 mm or less does not contain Mn. The S460ML equivalent grade, Q235 steel plate has requirements for the contents of C, Si, Mn, S, P and other elements. But SS400 steel plate only requires S and P to be less than 0.050, and no other element requirements.
