BBN sold 1000pieces S420M material to Turkey

When talking about our team, it is hard not to mention our QC department (Quality Control). We have built strict qualitycontrol system to guarantee the steel quality. During the steel materials production, we have strict monitoring measures and indicators, and ensure no chemical composition, mechnical properties and so on technical problems for the steel materials S420M material. After production, our QC department will conduct another inspection regarding to the steel quantity, dimension, mark and so on points before delivery.

High-strength steel plates have the following characteristics. First, the strength is high, the bearing capacity is very good, and it is not easy to break. Second, compared with other steel plates under the same strength requirements, high-strength steel plates are lighter and thinner, which can effectively reduce the weight of structures. Third, the S420M material, high-strength steel plates are required to be safe and reliable, able to withstand complete disasters such as water, fire, earthquake, storm, etc., to protect people's safety.

Normalizing is a special case of annealing, the effect is similar to annealing, but the microstructure obtained by normalizing is finer. For low or medium carbon steel, normalizing can improve hardness and machinability. For S420M material medium carbon steel and low alloy steel, normalizing can refine grain and uniform structure and reduce hardness. For high carbon steel and high alloy steel, normalizing can eliminate the network carbide produced by forging and improve the homogeneity of the preparation heat treatment structure.

A Uganda client purchased 2100 tons SG255 gas cylinder steel coils in 2018. It is the first company in Uganda to provide re-furbishing, re-certification and manufacturing of new lpg cylinders. They have regular demands for sg255 coils S420M material every 3 months. Limited by inland location, we can only ship container to mombasa, and then transfer to kampala.
