Strip steel is a kind of steel plate with thin thickness, narrow width and long length. Strip steel can be made of common carbon steel, carbon structural steel, spring steel, tool steel, stainless steel, etc. Strip steel has the advantages of high dimensional accuracy, good surface quality, easy processing and material saving. There are many kinds of strip steel, 1.8904 EN 10025-6 high strength steel. Hot rolled steel strip is mainly used for cold-rolled billets, cold-formed steel billets, welded steel pipe billets, manufacture of bicycles and small hardware products.
After 1975, our equipment includes blast furnaces, electric furnaces, vacuum refining furnaces, and electroslag furnaces. The product varieties are relatively complete. Plates, 1.8904 EN 10025-6 high strength steel tubes, wires, belts, and profiles have a certain scale, including magnetic, elastic, expanded, bimetal and other precision alloy materials for national defense and electronics industries. In 1982, these plants produced 364,000 tons of 1.8904 EN 10025-6 high strength steel steel and 542,000 tons of steel.
The quality of carbon steel is distinguished by the amount of sulfur (s) and phosphorus (P) in the steel. When the 1.8904 EN 10025-6 high strength steel sulfur content in carbon steel is not more than 0.050% and the phosphorus content is not more than 0.045%, it is ordinary carbon steel; when the sulfur content and phosphorus content in carbon steel are less than 0.040%, it is high-quality carbon steel; when the 1.8904 EN 10025-6 high strength steel sulfur content in carbon steel is less than 0.030% and the phosphorus content is less than 0.035%, it is high-quality carbon steel.
