5800 tons S460ML Z35 ERW pipe for Qatar Integrated Railway Project

Our quality control department will do inspection for details of the steel materials S460ML Z35 before delivery. We would invite the customer side to attend the inspection together. If they can not come, we will also take rich pictures for them to check. Meanwhile, we will publish inspection report and send them the PDF version. Besides, we accept any third party inspection such as SGS, BV, etc. And our quality control department will support the third party to inspect the steel materials smoothly and try our best to deliver the qualified steel materials to customers earlier.

From the name, we can clearly know that seamless pipe is seamless steel pipe, which is different from welded pipe. Seamless pipe is actually a kind of steel with hollow section. S460ML Z35, Seamless pipe has many advantages, such as: 1, the compressive capacity of seamless pipe is very good, the place with high bearing strength will not crack, and its bearing capacity is very good. 2. Seamless pipe has no welding point, so it is more corrosion-resistant and can bear larger pressure.

BBN Group's first blast furnace blast dehumidification system: The project started construction on May 2 and began trial operation on August 28. All data are balanced and stable, blast furnace output indicators have improved significantly, and the daily dehydration capacity of the two blast furnaces is as high as 124 tons, with a daily increase of about 200 tons S460ML Z35, and the blast furnace is running smoothly.
