The wear-resistant layer of S355M material wear-resistant steel plate is mainly composed of chromium alloy, and other alloy components such as manganese, molybdenum, niobium and nickel are added. The microhardness of carbides can reach hv1700-2000 and HRC58-62 respectively. The alloy S355M material carbide has strong stability at high temperature, high hardness and good oxidation resistance. It can be used normally within 500 ℃.

Advantages of hot rolling: hot rolling can destroy the casting structure of ingot, refine the grain of steel and eliminate the defects of microstructure, so that the steel structure is dense and the mechanical properties are improved. This improvement is mainly reflected in the rolling direction, so that the S355M material steel is no longer isotropic to some extent; the bubbles, cracks and looseness formed during pouring can also be welded under the action of high temperature and pressure.

The Peru customer has cooperated with us since April 2015, and then they purchased 300 tons A36 mild steel plates as trial order.
